Job Description:
1-Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software operations.
2-Hands-on experience in PC and laptop setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
3-Knowledge of network connectivity, printers, and basic system maintenance.
4-Ability to install, update, and maintain operating systems and applications.
5-Familiar with data backup procedures and system security basics.
6-Understanding of administrative processes, office operations, and vendor coordination.
7-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide timely IT support to employees.
8-Strong communication and documentation skills.
9-Ability to multitask and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
