Your Role
At Signeasy, we’re building Intelligent Contract Management — transforming contracts into structured, searchable systems that power revenue, compliance, and growth.

Behind that ambition is strong internal infrastructure.

As our IT & Admin Executive, you’ll own the operational backbone that enables our teams to move fast and stay secure. You’ll manage our SaaS ecosystem, employee devices, access controls, and workplace operations — ensuring a seamless experience from Day 1 onboarding to day-to-day productivity.

This role sits at the intersection of IT operations, compliance, and workplace experience. You won’t just “support” the business — you’ll enable it.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
You’ll ensure our digital and physical environments are secure, efficient, and ready to scale.

IT & Systems Operations
Manage core tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
Own onboarding and offboarding workflows (access, devices, provisioning)
Maintain role-based access controls aligned to least privilege
Manage company devices through Kandji MDM (enrollment, compliance, patching)
Track SaaS licenses and maintain clean documentation and asset records

Security & Compliance
Support ISO 27001 / SOC 2 controls related to access and endpoint security
Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence
Partner on compliance tracking via tools like Vanta
Ensure MFA, encryption, and device compliance standards are consistently enforced

Workplace & Admin Operations
Maintain a well-managed, well-stocked, and organized office
Coordinate vendors, supplies, equipment, and travel logistics
Support employee engagement activities and internal events
Partner with HR to deliver a smooth onboarding experience (ID cards, swag, logistics)

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone structured, detail-oriented, and operationally sharp.

2-3 years in IT Administration / Systems Administration (experience in admin operations is a plus)
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
Experience managing MDM tools like Kandji, Jamf, or Intune
Strong understanding of access management and device compliance basics
Comfortable working in audit-aware environments (ISO/SOC 2 exposure preferred)
Clear communicator with a service mindset
Self-driven, reliable, and calm under pressure

You take ownership. You document well. You improve systems instead of patching them repeatedly.
