Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist who will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our company’s technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in website development, landing page creation, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing reliable IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the company’s website and landing pages, ensuring a user-friendly and responsive design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide technical support to employees, both remotely and on-site.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups are properly managed.
• Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and software updates.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Document technical processes and provide user training when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in website development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, server management, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with data backup, recovery, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to IT management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with real estate CRM systems.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtual environments.
