IT Administrator

Job Summary:

We're looking for IT Administrator, who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable system performance, network security, and user support. This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and hardware.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to end users.
• Administer user accounts, access controls, and permissions in Active Directory and other systems.
• Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure network security through firewalls, antivirus, and regular patch updates.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and software procurement.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and system changes.
• Support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
