Job Description
We are seeking an IT Administrator & Support Specialist to join our team and
provide critical support across multiple platforms. This role will be responsible for managing
and supporting the Nielsen Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, overseeing internal IT
infrastructure, and assisting employees with LinkedIn upgrades and activations. The ideal
candidate will be tech-savvy, proactive, and skilled at troubleshooting and supporting a range of
IT-related tasks.
1. MDM Support
* MDM User Support: Provide assistance to users with Service Line activations,
troubleshooting, and ongoing support for the Nielsen MDM platform.
* Device Enrollment & Management: Enroll new devices into the MDM system and
ensure they are properly configured for use within the organization.
* Device Release & Deactivation: Manage the release and deactivation of devices,
ensuring they are safely removed from the MDM system when no longer needed.
* Security Compliance: Ensure that all devices under MDM management are compliant
with security policies, including software updates and patching.
2. IT Administration
* Network Management: Oversee and maintain the internal network infrastructure,
including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
* Hardware Management: Manage internal electronic equipment, including desktops,
laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Ensure they are properly maintained, upgraded,
and replaced as necessary.
* Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Provide day-to-day IT support to staff by
troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* System Security & Backups: Ensure proper security protocols are followed and
systems are backed up regularly. Respond to any potential security threats or breaches.
* Software & Hardware Inventory Management: Keep track of hardware/software
inventory, manage licensing, and handle procurement when needed.
3. Support Specialist
* User Assistance with LinkedIn Upgrades: Help users with device upgrades.
* Account Activations & Troubleshooting: Provide assistance to users with activations
and troubleshoot issues.
* Transfer of Billing responsibilities
* Maintain tracking record of Zero Usage, Inactive Lines and Remove them

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
