IT Analyst II

As an IT Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will step into a pivotal role within our Information Technology function. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical IT projects that shape our technological landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze IT systems, identify innovative solutions, and provide valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency.

You will report directly to our IT Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by driving technology strategies and projects that align with business objectives. Your expertise will lead to data-informed decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency, and directly contributing to the organization's technology roadmap.


  • Lead and participate in IT projects, providing guidance and analytical insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze IT systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and support decision-making.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6 years of experience in IT analysis or related roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with IT project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
