Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Manager – IT and Network with extensive experience in ERP and MES systems for a manufacturing or assembly environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over Java, Linux, SQL, Oracle-based databases, and enterprise solutions. This role involves leading system implementation, managing IT infrastructure, ensuring network reliability, and maintaining data security across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement ERP systems within manufacturing and assembly environments.
- Develop and execute customization plans based on business requirements.
- Lead and conduct system implementation, training, and user support.
- Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring minimal downtime.
- Implement and manage Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ensure seamless integration with ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy, accessibility, and security.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for successful ERP/MES integration and upgrades.
- Lead and mentor a small IT team for end-to-end (E2E) IT operations.
- Oversee server management, data security, and network infrastructure.
- Ensure system scalability, data protection, and compliance with IT policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 7–8 years of professional experience in IT development, maintenance, and management of database servers and networks.
- Hands-on experience in Java, Oracle, Linux, SQL, and MySQL environments.
- Strong understanding of ERP/MES systems, enterprise applications, and integration frameworks.
- Proficient in Local Area Networks (LANs), peer-to-peer network architecture, and server management.
- Experience in capacity planning, server expansion, and performance optimization.
- Proven leadership experience (minimum 3–4 years) managing small teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Dynamic, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
