IT and Project Support

This role encompasses a blend of operational technology responsibilities and project-based work aimed at process improvement. It also involves hands-on participation in operational tasks to gain a deeper understanding for enhancement opportunities. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Supporting projects to implement technological advancements and improvements
  • Collaborating with other departments to gather project requirements
  • Supporting operational processes
  • Identifying process issues and developing solutions
  • Maintaining the company's technology infrastructure

  • Advanced Administrative Proficiency: Expert-level command of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, utilizing Excel/Sheets for complex data organization
  • IT Support & Hardware Maintenance: Proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining computers, servers, and network hardware
  • Infrastructure Management: Comfortable navigating and supporting both on-premise equipment and cloud-based systems

Preferred Job Skills:

  • Technical Analysis and Automation: Proficiency in 1+ programming languages (Python, SQL, C#, or JavaScript) used to automate tasks and optimize office workflows
  • Windows Administration: Proficiency in configuring, deploying, and maintaining Windows environments
  • Data & Database Management: Experience with Database Management Systems (DBMS) and using data analysis to drive decision-making
  • Google Ecosystem: Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace (GWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
