We are currently looking for a confident and experienced IT and Software Sales Associates - Sales Call Agent who can communicate effectively with US clients and drive conversions through calls and video meetings.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who is bold, articulate, and result-driven, with strong closing skills and the ability to build trust with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to US-based businesses
• Handle inbound leads and client inquiries
• Present BrainFour Digital services confidently
• Negotiate and close deals effectively
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in US-based campaigns
• Fluent English with a clear and professional accent
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Confident and presentable personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in night shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT, Software, or Digital Services sales
• Familiarity with US business culture
• Prior B2B sales experience
