Core responsibilities:
- Technical support: Provide first-line support to users for hardware, software, and network-related problems through a help desk or direct assistance.
- Installation and configuration: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- System maintenance: Monitor and maintain computer systems, including performing regular updates, patches, and security protocols.
- User account management: Set up, manage, and administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Network support: Assist with monitoring and maintaining the company's network infrastructure.

- QUALIFICATIONS:
- bachelor's or associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ are often desirable
