.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide first-level support for all IT-related issues (hardware, software, network, printers, etc.).
  • Diagnose and resolve user complaints related to system performance, login issues, application errors, and connectivity.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and standard software.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and accessories.

B. Network & System Support

  • Assist Network Administrator in monitoring LAN/WAN connectivity at the plant.
  • Support configuration of switches, access points, CCTV, biometric devices, and related systems.
  • Ensure secure and stable internet connectivity throughout the plant.

C. Hardware & Equipment Maintenance

  • Maintain and repair PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Support setup of new workstations, including cabling and network configurations.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance schedules for IT equipment.

D. Plant System Support

  • Support plant operational software and systems (ERP, attendance devices, production systems—where required).
  • Assist in troubleshooting machine-to-system communication issues.

E. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain logs of IT issues, solutions provided, and equipment repaired.
  • Report recurring issues to the Network Administrator for permanent solutions.
  • Maintain backup records and basic documentation for IT procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
