MAP Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd was established to cater requirements of exporters and importers of Pakistan as forwarder & NVOCC, to the entire satisfaction and give top class service with tracking of consignment to the buyers of their product.

Qualification:

• Strong technical skills as evidenced by a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
• Experience in handling CLIMAX software.
• Experience in LAN/WAN connectivity and system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Individual must be fully aware of how to run a computer or write emails in English.
• Individual must be able to read write or speak in English
• Available to work irregular hours and/or a non-traditional schedule.
• Individual with experience in the freight forwarding field will be preferred.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Helping to install, configure and maintain the company’s IT framework
• Setting up hardware and software applications as and when required
• Providing general support for the IT department and for the company’s computer users
• Installing and maintaining various peripherals as well as installing relevant updates and patches
• Handling customer and colleague queries regarding networks, systems and applications, often through a help desk.
• Various ongoing tasks such as checking and proofreading content, data entry, database maintenance and using printers, copiers and the like

Skills required:

• Solid skills with MS Office software.
• Sociable personality with knowhow at developing relationships.
• Communication skills must be analytical and a problem solver with adequate skill set to handle stressful situations while putting the needs of the customer first.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Confidence and Critical thinking
• Judgment and decision and Able to make and implement new strategies.
• Coordination and Complex problem solving
