Qualification & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including computers, networks, CCTV and peripheral devices.

Assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues and resolving network-related problems.

Assist in implementing cyber security measures, such as antivirus programs and access controls.

Maintain documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.

Manage Active Directory to create New User Accounts for Newly Joined Members/Students.

knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Windows Server, Active Directory, Network Troubleshooting, Proficient in MS Office, Installing Software’s, Windows.

Understanding of Computer Hardware, Software, Networks, Operating Systems, CCTV and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
