IT Audit Senior Associate (EMIRATI)

Our client, a regional leader in real estate development and destination creation, is looking to hire an IT Audit Senior Associate to support their IT risk and compliance efforts. In this position, you’ll contribute to delivering the annual IT audit plan, assessing technology risks, and ensuring that internal controls effectively safeguard the organization’s systems. Working closely with various teams, you’ll help strengthen IT governance while supporting strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing the IT audit program by conducting risk assessments and end-to-end audits under supervision.
• Review and analyze IT processes and workflows to identify risk points and evaluate the effectiveness of controls.
• Prepare detailed audit findings, reports, and summaries to communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit policies and contribute to updating procedures as needed.
• Follow up on previous audit recommendations to verify that corrective actions are implemented.
• Support special projects and ad hoc audits, including data collection and presentation preparation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT audit
• Certifications like CISA or CRISC are highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in IT general and application controls
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and professional reports.
• Detail-focused and analytical, capable of managing multiple audits effectively.
