Job Title: IT & Automation Project Manager
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Location: Clifton, Karachi
Working Hours: 48 hours/week (Monday to Saturday, 10–12 hours/day; core working hours: 8 hours)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project management methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic, team-oriented environment to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Zoho Projects for tracking and reporting.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality execution of IT and software-related projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Zoho Projects).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing IT/software projects from initiation to delivery.
• PMP certification is a plus – candidates with it will be preferred.
