Senior Manager – Power, Controls & Communication (PCC)

Job Description:

Megaplus Pakistan, a leading IT & Engineering solutions provider and authorized distributor of global brands (Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Legrand, Corning, DEHN, Hikvision), is looking to hire an experienced Senior Manager – PCC Division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for business growth, project execution, team leadership, and strategic planning across Power, Controls, and Communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales strategy & business development: Plan and grow sales to achieve company targets.
  • Project oversight: Monitor projects from sales stage to completion and ensure smooth progress.
  • Key accounts management: Maintain strong relationships with major clients and partners.
  • Reporting & analysis: Prepare simple sales and performance reports for management.
  • Team leadership: Lead, guide, and support the sales and pre-sales team.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics / Engineering (MBA is a plus).
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and high-value clients.
