Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bid Writer who can identify, evaluate, and submit winning bids for IT and telecoms projects across various platforms including government portals, private sector opportunities, and bidding websites. You will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals that reflect Creative Networks' capabilities and resonate with clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate bid opportunities on platforms like government procurement portals, private tenders, and online bidding platforms.
• Write, edit, and submit persuasive and technically sound proposals for IT and telecoms projects.
• Liaise with technical teams and senior management to gather required input and translate it into compelling bid content.
• Maintain an up-to-date bid library and ensure all documentation complies with client requirements and deadlines.
• Track ongoing opportunities and ensure timely submissions.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in bid writing, particularly within the IT and telecommunications sectors.
• Strong understanding of government and private procurement processes.
• Ability to develop tailored proposals that align with client needs and business objectives.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (mandatory).
• High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with UK-based tendering platforms (e.g., Contracts Finder, Crown Commercial Service).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, managed IT services, and telecom solutions.
