IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirement and design data modeling to fulfill requirements including data flow design/architecture.

• Work with Magna IT for BW system configuration and development.

• Contact with 3rd Party Providers for monitoring and development.

• Keep changes in line with the SAP Change management process.

• Test Technical content with Business

• Coordinate Service Package upgrades with Magna IT

• Coordinate Software distribution for installation packages for BI tools (Power BI desktop, Analysis for Office, SAP Connector)

• Compose functional & technical design document where applicable.

• Provide post go-live support to troubleshoot issues in production environment.

• Maintain in the dataflows design the appropriate considerations for Authorizations.

• Guide power users for Power BI connectivity to SAP

• Project coordination

• Maintain Authorizations Roles with relation to new flows and coordinate its testing and roll out to productive in coordination with SAP Basis

• Resolve and Support Incident and Service tickets via Matrix42.

• Coordinate Changes via Solution Manager

• Identify Transport Issues related to SAP BW objects when necessary.

• Participate in Global Projects

• Provide user with guidance and training for BI tools like analysis for Office.

Competencies:

• Experience in SAP S4HANA or ECC in logistics and finance related modules is a Plus.

• Extensive knowledge in data modelling, particularly based on Eclipse (BW Application and HANA db)

• Relevant project experience, full implementation cycle, support

• Extensive experience in SAP BW as a backend tool

• Familiarity with BI tools such as SAP BOBJ / Analysis for Office

• Business Processes Experience in a specific module is a plus.

• SAC SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere experience is a plus.

Work experience:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in SAP Business Warehouse

Education:

Minimum requirement is graduation from a technical background.
