IT Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Business Development Executive to join our Jaipur team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Pitch IT services (such as software development, web/app development, and digital solutions) to potential clients.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business communication as per client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Software Service Sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
  • Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, or SaaS products.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field preferred.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in international client handling (US/UK markets).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
