Job Summary

Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited (AGTL) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Graduate (Female) for the role of PMO / IT Coordinator.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who possess strong Microsoft Office skills along with basic knowledge of web development and databases. The selected candidate will support project coordination, documentation, and IT operational activities within a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities Project Management / Coordination

• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating IT and business projects
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, reports, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate between internal teams, management, and external stakeholders
• Support compliance with project management processes and standards
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management status reports

IT & Technical Support

• Provide basic support for internal IT systems and applications
• Assist in maintaining company websites and web-based tools
• Handle minor front-end/back-end updates (as required)
• Work with databases for basic data entry, updates, and reporting
• Coordinate with external developers and vendors when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript preferred)
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, or similar – basic level)
• Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a structured corporate environment

• Lahore-based female candidates
• Fresh graduates or 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Interest in project management, coordination, and IT operations
• Professional attitude with a strong willingness to learn
