Position Title: IT Engineer

Reporting To: IT Manager

Job Summary

The IT Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise-level IT systems and networks, providing Level-2 technical support, and ensuring system security, performance, and reliability across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage enterprise-level IT systems and network infrastructure.
• Provide Level-2 technical support to users and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
• Implement and manage IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and data protection protocols.
• Manage and maintain servers and storage systems.
• Ensure regular backups (daily, weekly, and monthly) and verify data integrity.
• Manage software and hardware installations, upgrades, and patch management.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior IT staff.
• Install and support specialized engineering software such as AutoCAD, MBS, IdeaStatica, Tekla, and Primavera P6.
• Administer CCTV systems across all divisions.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 (M365) services.
• Perform system and network administration tasks including user management, permissions, and policies.
• Prepare technical documentation and IT reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with M365 administration and enterprise backup solutions.
• Experience supporting engineering and construction-related software is preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
