IT Engineer

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our technical team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a technology-driven professional who can manage IT infrastructure, provide reliable technical support, and ensure secure and efficient system operations within a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
• Ensure data security through regular backups and system updates.
• Maintain firewalls, antivirus systems, and network security protocols.
• Document IT systems, configurations, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT engineering or system administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with firewalls, antivirus software, and backup solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
