IT & ERP Executive

We are seeking a skilled IT & ERP Implementation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining ERP systems across our retail operations, ensuring smooth functionality and user efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and support ERP systems across retail branches.
• Coordinate with departments to gather business requirements for ERP modules.
• Ensure smooth integration between ERP, POS, and other operational systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related technical issues promptly.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after ERP implementation.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance system performance.
• Maintain documentation and reports related to ERP processes and updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation and IT support.
• Experience in retail industry operations (Branch-level preferred).
• Strong knowledge of database management, networking, and POS systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

Note: Candidates with retail ERP or POS deployment experience will be preferred.

Location: Lahore
Salary: Market competitive

Qualification: Graduate (IT)

Experience: 3-4 Years in same capacity

Time: Rotate as per company requirement
