IT Executive

Our company is seeking an experienced IT Executive who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure. As an IT Executive, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise in the deployment and support different solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, maintain, and support Windows, MacOS, and Chrome OS systems and desktop applications.

· Provide technical support for LAN, system, and network issues including user accounts, hardware, and software.

· Monitor antivirus, system security, and ensure up-to-date patches and backups.

· Manage IT assets, inventory, documentation, and vendor coordination for repairs and maintenance.

· Support and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, scanners, CCTV, PBX, and biometric systems.

· Assist in cloud integration, virtualization, and server/network reliability.

· Provide remote and on-site support, respond to service requests, and document resolutions.

· Conduct routine maintenance, install new applications, and ensure data protection protocols.

· Lead junior team members and support training for end users.

· Maintain knowledge base, support virtual platforms (Zoom, Skype), and manage printing environment.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT or related field.

· 2+ years' experience in enterprise IT systems, virtualization, Linux, and server management.

· Certifications (MCSE, O365, CEH, CPT) are a plus.

· Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.

· Must be willing to commute or relocate to Islamabad.

Timing : 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
