IT Executive

• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.* Troubleshoot hardware, software, POS, and networking issues.
• * Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware as needed.
• * Provide first-level support for internal users on IT-related queries and problems.* Manage and maintain IT inventory including hardware and software.
• * Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• * Support system and network administration including user account setup, permissions, and access controls.
• * Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and support logs.
• * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.* Proven experience (1–3 years) in a similar IT support or executive role.* Solid understanding of networking, hardware, operating systems, and common office software.* Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection best practices.* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.* Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP, DNS, etc.).

• Operations of IT: 2 years (Preferred)
• Managing LAN/WAN.: 2 years (Required)
• Switches and Firewalls, Access points, Configurations, VPNs.: 1 year (Required)
• Installation and maintenance of CCTV Cameras: 1 year (Required)
• maintenance of Wireless devices for remote side: 1 year (Required)
