IT Executive

Role Description

This is a full time, on site position based in Bahria Town, Islamabad for an Information Technology Technical Support role. The responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting internal and external users with IT related needs, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment. The role also requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders to provide clear technical guidance and support.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in technical support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Basic knowledge of information technology systems and infrastructure
• Good communication skills to provide clear guidance and user support
• Basic understanding of project management concepts to prioritize and manage tasks
• Ability to work effectively in an on site environment and collaborate with teams
• Familiarity with IT tools, software, and equipment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in IT support or a technical role is preferred but not mandatory
