Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced IT Field Support Engineer / Technician to provide on-site and remote support for servers, networks, and end-user systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, firewalls, and desktops.
• Manage backups, network security, and preventive maintenance.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and all Windows OS versions.
• Configure and manage Outlook, Office 365, VPN, firewall, and antivirus systems.
• Handle IT support tickets and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of IT field support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Microsoft / Cisco certifications are an advantage.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
