Job purpose:
The IT Governance & Change Management role is responsible for establishing, enforcing, and continuously improving IT governance controls, with a primary focus on Change Management, compliance, and audit readiness. The role ensures that all IT changes are assessed, approved, implemented, and documented in a controlled manner, aligned with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and IT service management best practices. Additionally, the role supports risk reduction, audit remediation, and the sustainability of governance processes across Technology.
