We are looking for an IT Head for one of our clients.

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)

Office Location: DHA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology & Systems Management

  • Lead the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of our core enterprise systems, including Membership Management System, Member-facing technologies such as mobile and web offering, ERP, CRM.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies that enhance business performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency such as introducing Data analytics, Agentic AI.
  • Drive adoption of BI tools for reporting and insights, to monitor KPIs identified by the business.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability through robust API integrations between multiple systems.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and adopting new tools, automation opportunities, and digital platforms to support growth and transformation.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation, architecture diagrams, and process workflows for governance and scalability.

2. IT Infrastructure & Operations

  • Manage network, cloud, and server infrastructure across all gym locations.
  • Supervise the setup and maintenance of hardware, access control, CCTV, biometric systems, and connectivity.
  • Implement and monitor data security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and high system availability.

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and technology service providers.
  • Review proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor SLAs for service quality and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align IT initiatives with business goals.

4. IT Governance & Leadership

  • Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and SOPs.
  • Lead and mentor the IT support team to build technical capability and operational excellence.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Regularly update management on technology performance, opportunities, and risks.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering with major in Software Development.
  • PMP Certification (Preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in Similar role, Preferred if had a previous experience in a membership-based business.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on foundation required, with strength in architecture, evaluation, and Implementation.
  • Languages / Frameworks: Python, PHP, React, Angular JS, or similar
  • APIs & Integrations: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Postman, JSON
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL
  • Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; Networking (Cisco, Fortinet); Backup & Recovery
  • BI & Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, with SQL and data modelling fundamentals
  • Tools: Git / GitHub, Jira or Notion.
