Job Summary

The IT Help Desk provides essential technical support to our internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth operations and efficient problem resolution. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and maintaining IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and escalated issues
• Conduct training for staff on new technologies and systems
• Monitor and maintain IT system performance and security
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a related field
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with troubleshooting common software applications and hardware devices
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate IT environment
• Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting
• Previous experience with ticketing systems
