IT Help Desk

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP & Software Management

• Manage and support ERPNext modules (Lead DB, HR, CRM, Payroll, etc.).
• Coordinate integrations with Google Sheets, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp Cloud APIs.
• Troubleshoot system errors, access issues, and performance problems.
• Collaborate with developers for custom scripts, automations, and module enhancements.

2. Network & System Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain systems, servers, routers, and user machines.
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall settings.
• Perform regular data backups and manage overall system security.

3. IT Support & Helpdesk

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Respond to user tickets and maintain incident/resolution logs.
• Set up new devices, emails, and user accounts (Google Workspace, ERPNext, etc.).

4. Security & Data Protection

• Monitor cybersecurity and enforce safe IT usage policies.
• Manage antivirus software, firewalls, and patch updates.
• Conduct security audits and train staff on phishing awareness and password hygiene.

5. Cloud, Email & Collaboration Tools

• Administer Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet).
• Maintain WhatsApp Business API and CRM communication integrations.
• Oversee website hosting, domain renewals, and SSL configurations.

6. E-Commerce & Digital Infrastructure

• Support TradeGateStore.com platform and integrations with payment gateways & inventory tools.
• Manage product data uploads, image optimization, and system backups.
• Work with marketing teams on tracking pixels and automation tools (Meta, Analytics, etc.).

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain IT documentation for configurations, credentials, licenses, and asset registers.
• Prepare regular system performance reports.
• Recommend improvements for speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of hands-on IT support or system administration experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (ERPNext preferred).
• Knowledge of Google Cloud, Meta Business Suite, and API integrations.
• Experience with e-commerce CMS (BigCommerce or custom platforms).

• Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
