Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first level IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist in user account management and system access
• Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory operations
• Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and requests

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience with Active Directory
• Good IT troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Basic understanding of IT support processes
