Role & Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT/technical positions.
• Support client acquisition and staffing assignments.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Build and nurture client and candidate relationships.
• Work closely with the team on HR and staffing initiatives.
