Job Title: IT HR Recruiter (2–3 Years Experience) – Chennai & Tiruppur

Location: Chennai & Tiruppur

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical hiring, talent acquisition, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent across various domains. If you're passionate about connecting people with opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
• Conduct technical interviews, HR screening, and candidate assessments
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and candidate pipelines
• Ensure timely offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding

✅ Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment / technical hiring
• Strong knowledge of ATS systems, Boolean search, and job board optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
