IT Incharge Officer – (Full-Time, On-site, Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Incharge Officer who will be responsible for managing all IT-related functions across SUNBEAMS, including oversight of NAVTTC courses and coordination with all training centers. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, technically strong, and capable of independently handling operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all IT operations across SUNBEAMS centers.
• Act as the Point of Contact (POC) with NAVTTC for all technical and portal-related matters.
• Keep the NAVTTC portal updated with accurate and timely information.
• Ensure smooth functioning of NAVTTC courses in all centers, including troubleshooting and support.
• Provide IT assistance for SUNBEAMS operations as required.
• Maintain and monitor systems, networks, hardware, and software at all centers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill IT requirements and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, systems management, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of networks, hardware troubleshooting, and online portals.
• Experience with NAVTTC systems/courses is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to travel to different centers when needed.
• Must be male as per project requirement.
