Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Infrastructure & Network Support Engineer to manage and support day-to-day IT operations across our offices and retail outlets. This role requires hands-on experience in networking, system administration, IP surveillance systems, and end-user IT support.

The selected candidate will work closely with internal leadership, ensuring reliable IT operations while following defined priorities, compliance standards, and operational best practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork & Infrastructure Management

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, including routers, switches, access points, structured cabling, VLAN configuration, IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS.
• Install, configure, and maintain IP-based CCTV systems, including NVR/DVR management, camera networking, storage monitoring, and remote access setup.
• Provide system and end-user support by installing and maintaining Windows systems, office applications, antivirus solutions, printers, and resolving hardware or software issues.
• Manage file servers, shared folders, user access permissions, and ensure regular data backups and recovery support.
• Provide daily IT operational support including onboarding setup, access provisioning, offboarding access removal, and maintaining IT inventory, documentation, and network records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with VLAN configuration, IP addressing, and subnetting
• Experience working with IP camera systems (CCTV, NVR, DVR)
• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred / Added Advantage Skills

• Basic firewall configuration
• Exposure to VoIP / SIP telephony systems
• Experience managing Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook/Exchange
• Familiarity with cloud storage platforms
