IT Infrastructure Officer

Position: IT Infrastructure Officer

Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT or relevant field

Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Network/System Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide day-to-day network and system operations support and client-end issue resolution.

-Configure and support Cisco (IOS / IOS-XE) and HPE Aruba (ArubaOS / AOS-CX) switches.

-Manage FortiGate firewalls, including HA, SD-WAN, and VPNs.

-Support and troubleshoot MPLS networks (L2/L3 VPN, OSPF/BGP, QoS).

-Implement and manage routing and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, VRRP/HSRP, ACLs).

-Configure and support IPsec and SSL VPNs.

-Monitor infrastructure using SolarWinds, PRTG, Aruba Central, and FortiManager.

-Perform troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with service providers.

-Strong hands-on experience in enterprise networking and security.

-Experience with Cisco, HPE Aruba, and FortiGate platforms.

-Good troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
