IT Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement the company’s IT policies, SOPs, and strategic plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve technology infrastructure and processes.
• Prepare and manage the IT department budget.

2. Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
• Ensure smooth operation of servers, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure data backup integrity.

3. Network & Security

• Manage network operations, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Implement cybersecurity measures such as firewalls, antivirus systems, and intrusion prevention systems.
• Monitor for security breaches and respond to incidents promptly.

4. IT Support & Service Management

• Supervise helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Provide high-level technical support for escalated problems.
• Ensure minimal downtime for all IT systems and services.

5. Vendor & Project Management

• Negotiate and manage contracts with IT vendors and service providers.
• Oversee technology projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance.
