IT Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Manager to oversee and manage our company’s IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions to support business objectives. This role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on expertise in IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all IT operations, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies, best practices, and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system/network issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place.
• Collaborate with management to align IT strategy with organizational goals.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or upgrades to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and system documentation.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3years of proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines.
• Experience in managing IT budgets and vendor relationships will be a plus.

• Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Lahore before starting work (Required)
