IT Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with the company’s operational and expansion plans across Qatar.
  • Lead, manage, and supervise the IT department, including system administrators, IT support staff, and external vendors.
  • Establish IT policies, procedures, and standards across all branches.
  • POS & Restaurant Systems Management
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of POS systems across all outlets.
  • Ensure smooth integration between POS, inventory systems, accounting software, ERP, CRM, and online delivery platforms.
  • Monitor daily sales data flow from branches to head office systems.
  • Ensure accurate end-of-day sales closing and reporting systems are functioning properly.

Multi-Branch IT Infrastructure

  • Manage IT infrastructure across all locations including servers, networks, firewalls, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
  • Ensure high system uptime and minimal downtime across all branches.
  • Coordinate new branch IT setup including cabling, networking, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and system configuration.

Data Security & Compliance

  • Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data, financial information, and customer databases.
  • Establish backup and disaster recovery plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar data protection regulations and internal IT security policies.

Hardware & Software Management

  • Manage procurement, installation, and maintenance of all IT equipment (POS terminals, desktops, tablets, printers, kitchen display systems, etc.).
  • Maintain software licensing and renewals.
  • Monitor hardware lifecycle and plan upgrades.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support to all branches, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
  • Establish a helpdesk system and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct regular site visits to branches to audit IT systems and performance.

Systems Integration & Digital Solutions

  • Manage integration with food delivery aggregators and online ordering platforms.
  • Support implementation of mobile ordering, loyalty programs, CRM systems, and digital menu boards.
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Ensure accurate sales, inventory, and operational data reporting.
  • Generate IT performance reports for management review.
  • Support business intelligence tools and data analytics initiatives.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage IT vendors, software providers, and telecom partners in Qatar.
  • Negotiate service contracts and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Control IT-related budgets and cost efficiency.

Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Train outlet managers and staff on proper use of POS and IT systems.
  • Develop user manuals and IT operational guidelines.
  • Continuously assess and improve IT systems to support business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR13,000.00 per month
