Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage all IT infrastructure, systems, and support functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, manage networks, handle hardware and software issues, and maintain data security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete IT setup for the office, including systems, networks, hardware, and software
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, company software, and user accounts
• Set up and manage company email systems (e.g., Microsoft 365) and coordinate procurement from authorized vendors
• Handle IT procurement, maintain asset inventory, and manage lifecycle of equipment
• Monitor and manage network infrastructure, IP configurations, and internet connectivity
• Ensure data security, email security, controlled access, and prevent data leaks
• Can manage CCTV’s, NDR etc and also manages microsoft 365 and one drive access
• Maintain backups, disaster recovery processes, and overall system reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily IT issues related to hardware, software, and networks
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, antivirus management, and performance optimization
• Handle minor hardware issues independently and coordinate with external vendors for complex repairs
• Liaise with vendors for hardware, networking, and system-related services and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with data protection standards including GDPR and implement IT policies and procedures
• Maintain proper documentation of systems, processes, and security protocols

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT management or system administration
• Strong knowledge of networking, IP management, and IT infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 setup, One drive and administration
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting and IT support
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and email/internet security
• Familiarity with GDPR compliance and best practices
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and security tools
• Strong problem-solving and vendor management skills

Add On Skills (If have)

• Certifications in networking or IT systems (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft certifications)
• Knowledge of cloud systems and backup solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 43 per week

Work Location: In person
