IT Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the management and execution of software development projects, focusing on project timelines, budgets, quality assurance (QA) techniques, and supporting project management tools. This role requires a blend of strong technical understanding, organizational skills, and experience with both software development processes and project management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various technical projects from inception to completion.
• Documentation & Reporting: Help maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project timelines, resource allocation, risks, and status updates.
• Risk Management: Assist in identifying project risks and issues, providing regular status reports, and proposing mitigation strategies.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Budget Estimation: Experience in creating detailed project budgets, including resource allocation, time estimates, and cost management.
• Technical Documentation: Ability to help maintain technical and project documentation, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating reports, documenting progress, and communicating with team members and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to handle complex challenges in project management and development processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years in a technical project management or related role, with experience in software development projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Certifications: IT certificates, or other project management certifications preferred.
