You will be instrumental in ensuring our agents have the technical support they need and that our property listings stand out in the competitive Central Florida market with compelling visual content, from website management to social media graphics. IT Specialist Responsibilities:

1. System Administration:

a. Oversee and maintain the brokerage's computer systems, servers, and

networks.

b. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral

devices.

c. Ensure proper functioning of network infrastructure, including routers,

switches, and firewalls.

d. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

e. Perform regular system backups and implement disaster recovery plans.

2. Technical Support:

a. Provide prompt and efficient technical support to employees regarding

hardware, software, and network-related issues.

b. Diagnose and resolve technical problems, both remotely and on-site.

c. Assist with the setup and configuration of new workstations, printers, and

other IT equipment. Train employees on the use of software applications

and technology tools.

3. Security and Data Protection:

a. Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's

data and information.

b. Monitor network activity for potential vulnerabilities and breaches.

c. Install and update antivirus software and firewalls.

d. Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with data

protection regulations.

4. Software and Application Management:

a. Manage the installation, updates, and maintenance of software

applications used within the organization.

b. Evaluate and recommend new software solutions that can improve

productivity and efficiency.

c. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for software licensing,

support, and maintenance.

D. Create Landing Pages For Ads

5. Technology Planning and Strategy:

a. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.

b. Assess the organization's current technology infrastructure and make

recommendations for improvements.

c. Collaborate with management to develop an IT roadmap and implement

technology initiatives aligned with business goals.

6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

a. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system

configurations, procedures, and user guides.

b. Share knowledge and provide training to colleagues on IT-related topics

and best practices.

7. Data Analysis

a. Maintain Communication With Brick By Brick to Insure that SEO & Ad strategies are being implemented

b. Record all data involving Ads & SEO, and maintain spreadsheets with this data

c. Create an analysis with the Ad data (like click through rates) and acquired leads to compare to previous time periods

d. Send out Facebook Ad and YouTube Promotions listing analytics to Our Sellers

8. All Other Miscellaneous Responsibilities.

a.Maintain VoIP Systems, Currently RingCentral (Phone & SMS)

b.Maintain Email Systems (Organization, Labeling, Filtering & Forwarding)

c.Use Software To Stage Broker Listing Photos

d.Contact Customer Support To Escalate Software and Hardware Solutions if necessary

e. Charge All Camera and Drone Equipment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
