Position Title:
IT Monitoring Center – Data Center (DC) Facility Monitoring Specialist

Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, IT, or related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in data center facility operations, electrical systems, HVAC, or similar technical environments.
Monthly Salary Package:
12,000 SAR
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of electrical systems including power distribution, UPS units, generators, and electrical safety protocols.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems used to maintain stable cooling in data center environments.
- Familiarity with fire detection and fire suppression systems (FM-200, smoke sensors, early warning systems).
- Understanding of physical security controls: access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
- Ability to monitor and interpret environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, airflow) to prevent equipment overheating.
- Experience responding to facility-related alerts and incidents in a structured, timely manner.
- Ability to coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and IT teams to resolve issues.
- Strong documentation skills for logging incidents, inspections, reports, and facility performance data.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle critical facility events.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor environmental conditions inside the data center, including temperature, humidity, and airflow, ensuring all parameters remain within safe operational ranges.
- Monitor power distribution systems (UPS, PDUs, generators, power circuits) to ensure continuous and stable power delivery.
- Monitor and maintain physical security systems including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
- Oversee and track fire detection and suppression systems to ensure early warning and proper safety measures.
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance activities for HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and cooling equipment.
- Respond promptly to facility-related alerts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of facility configurations, inspections, incident reports, and system performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and data center operational standards.
