IT Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing technical support during night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Office 365 (user management, licenses, security settings).
• Monitor and maintain Azure Cloud services.
• Handle Active Directory (AD) Server management, including user access and permissions.
• Maintain and support tracking systems and internal IT tools.
• Manage domain hosting, renewals, DNS settings, and configurations.
• Ensure stable LAN/WAN network connectivity and troubleshoot network issues.
• Configure and manage VPN access for secure remote connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Ensure system uptime, data security, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
• Maintain IT documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in an IT support or IT officer role.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 Management, Azure Cloud, Active Directory Server, Domain Hosting & DNS, LAN/WAN Networking, VPN Configuration & Management, and Tracking Systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• This is a Night Shift position. Only candidates willing to work in night shift will be shortlisted.
