IT Officer

Education:

• ADP IT / BS CS / BS IT or equivalent
• Networking, Hardware, or Server Administration certification preferred

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience
• Experience with HMIS, CCTV, troubleshooting, and user support preferred

Skills:

• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Basic networking and system administration
• Windows installation and configuration
• User support and communication skills
• Knowledge of HMIS, servers, and surveillance systems
