IT officer - ADHICS experienced

We are hiring!
We are currently seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specifically within the healthcare sector.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience in the Abu Dhabi healthcare industry
• Hands-on experience with Malaffi and ADHICS standards and systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT infrastructure, compliance, and data security
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and user support skills
• Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi with own visa

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to clinical and administrative staff
• Ensure systems and data comply with ADHICS regulations and integration with Malaffi
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network and software issues
• Support EMR/EHR systems used within the facility
• Liaise with vendors and healthcare authorities as required
• Assist in implementing new technologies and IT policies across the organization
