Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of premises.
- Maintain and manage CCTV infrastructure, including cameras, recording devices, and storage servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to CCTV systems.
- Ensure proper backup and storage of surveillance footage as per organizational policies.
- Coordinate with security and IT teams to respond to incidents effectively.
- Generate reports and provide evidence from CCTV footage when required.
- Install new CCTV cameras and update system configurations as needed.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CCTV equipment.
- Maintain documentation of system maintenance, incidents, and technical issues.
- Stay updated with emerging CCTV technologies and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in managing CCTV or video surveillance systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and IT security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple systems simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Key Competencies:
- Technical proficiency in CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, and IP cameras.
- Ability to respond quickly in emergencies.
- Organizational skills to maintain system logs and reports accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
