IT Operation Analyst

Monitor daily IT operations, system performance, and network connectivity.

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Assist in troubleshooting incidents and escalating unresolved issues to senior IT staff.

Maintain system logs, backups, and documentation for IT assets and processes.

Support user account management – creation, access control, and password resets.

Ensure timely installation of system updates, patches, and antivirus software.

Coordinate with vendors or service providers for hardware/software maintenance.

Assist in IT audits, compliance checks, and maintaining security protocols.

Help in setting up new systems, workstations, and network configurations.

Contribute to process improvements in IT operations and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Power BI: 1 year (Required)
• IT Operation : 1 year (Preferred)
