IT Operations & Software Support Expert

We are looking for an IT Operations & Software Support Officer to manage daily IT activities, ensure smooth software usage across departments, test system modules, and provide training and support to staff. The ideal candidate will be tech‑savvy, organized, and able to communicate effectively with teams.

• Manage daily IT operations, system checks, and troubleshooting.
• Provide software support to internal teams (portal, CRM, ERP modules).
• Conduct testing of new modules, updates, and features.
• Train staff on software usage, workflows, and new system changes.
• Coordinate with development teams to report bugs and follow up on fixes.
• Ensure smooth operations of office hardware, network, and IT tools.
• Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or software helpdesk.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of CRMs and ERP systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
